“Be not afraid of growing slowly; be afraid only of standing still.”
Learner, Leader, Coach
For over 20 years, I was a dedicated non-profit leader. My work allowed me to support communities through providing valuable services and building strong programs. I helped cultivate collaborative environments that fostered growth and teamwork. I loved the challenges of program design, organizational strategy, talent development and supervision.
In fact, I first fell in love with coaching as a management tool. I was grateful to discover the ways I could support the growth of the talented people around me by centering their strengths, leveraging their experiences and fanning the flames of their creativity.
Since I’ve been able to focus more of my time and energy on coaching, I’ve become even more certain of its positive effects. Even small, intentional shifts can lead to big, beautiful results. In this time of uncertainty, you might find yourself wondering what’s next or pondering which slice of your life to breathe some creativity into. Maybe you’re learning new things about yourself, gaining a different perspective and want help sorting through it as you move forward. If you’re ready to dig in, I’m here for you.

Getting Started Is Easy
We’ll begin with a 30 minute complimentary information session over the phone or using video chat. We are looking to see if my communication style and ways of working work for you. We want to get clear on what you are hoping for, what you’re grappling with, what you want to accomplish or explore. We also want to ensure that you are truly ready for change, that now is really the time for this. If we decide to move forward, we figure out the when, where, and how often we’ll meet. Sessions can be 30 - 60 minutes and I recommend a series of 6 to start, depending on your goal(s). We can meet weekly or every other week. Let’s get started.
Yes, Change is Hard
And, it is worth it. It can even be fun. While coaching isn’t a shortcut to achieving your goals, it can accelerate your progress if you let it. Ask yourself if you are really ready to do the hard work of changing your life, your ways of working and what the implications might be. Remember, I’m ready when you are.
